The concept project consists of shoring of the passenger hall of the station suitable for a two-line subarban train passage, demolition and removal of the passage and stairs underneath the hall, relocation of the structure on a reinforced concrete/steel floor foundation system, and development of the design for temporary and permanent strengthening to prevent the superstructure from being damaged. Göztepe Train Station Bridge Passenger Hall that was relocated within the scope of Marmaray Project,is now used for cultural activities. And It also serves as a station for a three-line suburban and high-speed train railroad.
