Relevant strengthening and field application designs were developed for the building that was converted from a business center into a hotel with respect to current regulations. By demolition of the central axis of the building internal rooms also were provided with natural light. Mini piles were useJYJn the foundations. On-site consultancy service was also provided by OTS during the construction period.
