The building used by the Medical Faculty for the Department of Emergency Surgery was subjected to the on-site slip resistance testing and the load bearing system survey. Since the building is listed as a historical monument, the level of strengthening interventions was limited eventhough the function of the building is medical. For this reason OTS highly recommended to change the intended use of the structure and, based on that, strengthening design was developed due to the new and attanuated function of the building by OTS.
