The building, also known as Tutun Han, was designed by an Italian architect Edoardo De Nare for a French insurance company. Strengthening design providing the use of Armatex fiber mesh, carbon fiber and steel elements was developed within the scope of restoration of this boutique hotel located in Karakoy Bankalar Street.
