The building, also known as the American Girls College in Merzifon, was used for military purposes and was later changed into a municipality. Strengthening design was developed by OTS company in the scope of restoration of the historical structure. In order not to interfere the historical texture of the building a steel frame was introduced to provide support to existing slabs.
