Load bearing system survey results were obtained, rebars were inspected and concrete quality was identified. Subsequently, the performance analysis was conducted. After conducting the performance analysis, it was determined that confinement of some column bottom and lower ends (with carbon fiber polymer-CFRP) would increase the safety to the required level, and strengthening design was developed based on this solution.
