The baths were built by Suleyman Pasha in the period of Orhan Gazi and became the first architectural monument of Ottoman period. Within the scope of restoration of the historical baths, the load bearing system survey was performed on site. Following that, strengthening and restoration designs were developed by OTS considering analysis results. Mortar injection, steel pulleys and carbon fiber were used as strengthening methods. Besides that, soil anchors were designed for the retaining structure located in front of building.
