OTS company performed mechanical, structural, architectural, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical designs for the building with the construction area of 10,000 m2. To provide an opportunity for a long term flexible modularization of the building, columns were designed with 12 m clear spans. The layouts of mechanical and electrical shaft were also designed to minimize interference during change of function and architectural modularization in the long-term prospective.
